Boot Barn is seeking a Key Holder to lead in-store experiences, drive sales, and coach store partners. You will develop product knowledge, customer relationships, and merchandising excellence while ensuring and modeling Boot Barn’s values and policies.

This role supports the leadership team in achieving sales goals, managing daily operations, and maintaining service quality across shifts. A strong emphasis on teamwork, adaptability, and community-minded spirit is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of retail sales experience or related roles.
• Demonstrates leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsabilités

• Foster a service and selling culture to build customer relationships.
• Become an expert in product categories and communicate benefits to customers.
• Achieve metrics like UPT, ADT, and conversion; stay informed on promotions.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with floor moves and housekeeping.
• Process transactions accurately at POS and manage cash media.
