Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a Key Holder for our Beverly Hills, CA store. You will partner with the Store Manager to motivate the team and deliver a memorable shopping experience for our customers.

In this role you will drive sales, coach staff on clienteling and product knowledge, and ensure proper opening/closing procedures. The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of retail experience, strong communication, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience.
• Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
• Interest in fashion and trend awareness.
• Strong computer skills—Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager in achieving store goals and KPIs.
• Educate staff on the sales plan, goals, and store statistics; motivate the team.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and achieve individual sales goals.
• Create a customer-service focused environment and coach clienteling processes.
• Develop knowledge of company history, brand aesthetic, product details, and stock levels to aid sales.
• Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and ensure policy compliance.
• Open and close procedures, deposits, registers, and loss prevention awareness.
• Maintain merchandising and visual standards; ensure product is labeled and displayed properly.
• Communicate professionally with clients, peers, management, and partners.
