Job summary

Centric Brands’ Favorite Daughter seeks a confident Key Holder in Beverly Hills to lead on the sales floor. You open and close the store, manage cash, and act as a trusted right hand to the management team, setting the tone for service and style.

You will build client relationships, drive sales, and ensure displays reflect the brand. Flexible scheduling, employee discount, and growth opportunities await the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 4+ years making sales at an elevated brand with leadership experience.
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book.
• Confidence with opening/closing duties, cash management, and store keys.
• Team-first mindset and a customer-first instinct.
• Deep product knowledge and eye for visual merchandising.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash procedures.
• Act as manager-on-duty, drive sales, and motivate the team.
• Model strong selling and service every shift.
• Build client relationships and expand your book of business.
• Keep the store polished with visual merchandising and stock management.
• Support floor movement, product transfers, and daily stock upkeep.
• Maintain brand standards and LP compliance on each shift.
