Centric Brands Inc. in Beverly Hills seeks a Key Holder to motivate the store team, achieve sales goals, and deliver exceptional customer service. The role involves leading by example on the shop floor, coaching associates in clienteling, and ensuring smooth daily operations.

The candidate should have 2–3 years of retail sales experience, strong product knowledge, and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Competenze

2-3 years of retail sales experience
Proven track record in sales generation and customer service
Interest in fashion and trend awareness
Strong computer skills in Outlook, Excel and Word
Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
Excellent time management and flexibility to work nights/weekends
