Centric Brands is seeking a Key Holder to open/close the store, lead the floor, and drive sales while building lasting client relationships.

The role requires 4+ years in elevated retail with leadership exposure, a high school diploma, and a passion for brand standards and visual presentation. Expect evenings, weekends, and holiday shifts with opportunities for growth and a strong commission mindset.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling at an elevated brand with leadership exposure
• Proven clienteling experience with a client book (Endear is a plus)
• Confident with opening/closing duties, cash handling, and store keys
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Team-first mindset focused on customer service and brand standards
• Love for the product and ability to visualize merchandising
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use POS systems

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage keys, alarms, and cash procedures
• Act as manager-on-duty, drive sales, and motivate the team
• Model great selling and service on every shift
• Pursue and exceed sales goals and foster client relationships
• Develop regular clientele and maintain strong follow-up with customers
• Execute visual merchandising to bring the collection to life
• Handle floor changes, restocking, and stock maintenance
• Maintain a polished, on-brand store environment
• Support loss prevention and brand standards
