Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail sales experience required.
• Proven track record of sales generation and customer service.
• Interest in fashion and trend awareness required.
• Strong computer skills—Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Sales Generation: motivate the sales team to hit KPIs and store goals.
• Customer Service: create a customer-service focused environment and coach on clienteling.
• Team Development: train and develop internal talent and recognize performance.
• Operations & Presentation: manage merchandising, visual standards, and POS processes.
• Communication: maintain professionalism and share sales reports as required.
