Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a Key Holder for Favorite Daughter in Beverly Hills to lead the selling floor, manage store operations, and build a strong client book. You’ll open/close, coach sales associates, and ensure a branded, polished space with standout customer service.

You’ll develop client relationships, hit sales goals, and own loss prevention while maintaining a high-energy, fashion-forward atmosphere.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sales experience at an elevated contemporary brand with leadership exposure.
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book; Endear a plus.
• Confident with opening/closing duties, cash management, and store keys.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Team-oriented with customer-first instinct and eye for visual merchandising.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, manage keys, alarms, and cash procedures.
• Act as manager-on-duty; lead floor, drive sales, motivate team.
• Model selling and service; hit and exceed sales goals.
• Build and maintain client relationships; grow your book.
• Ensure brand standards in visual merchandising and floor presentation.
• Handle stock moves, transfers, and daily upkeep.
• Uphold loss prevention and security on shifts.
