Job summary

Centric Brands Inc. is seeking a Key Holder for Favorite Daughter in Beverly Hills to open/close the store, lead the sales floor, and drive client relationships. You’ll set the tone for the team, meet sales goals, and ensure exceptional service with an eye for visual merchandising.

You will manage opening/closing duties, handle cash, and build a loyal client base while modeling brand standards and a customer-first approach. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 4+ years making sales and building clientele at an elevated contemporary brand, with some key holder or leadership experience.
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash-handling procedures with care.
• Act as manager-on-duty - running the sales floor, motivating the team, and driving sales whether the Store Manager is on-site or not.
• Set the pace for the team, modeling great selling and service every shift.
• Set your sights on your sales goals - and blow past them.
• Connect with every customer: read what they need, share what you know, and make them feel taken care of.
• Build a clientele that’s yours - the regulars who text you when something new drops.
• Keep your follow-up game strong so your book keeps growing.
• Bring the collection to life through visual merchandising - styling displays, refreshing mannequins, and keeping the floor set to brand standards.
• Handle the operational essentials: floor changeovers, product transfers, restocking, and daily stock maintenance.
• Keep the store polished and inviting - cleaning, tidying, and floor maintenance so every corner looks its best.
• Rally with your team to hit store goals and keep the energy high.
• Own Loss Prevention on your shifts - smart, consistent, and by the book.
• Show up polished and on-brand, because you are the brand.
