Job summary

Centric Brands in Beverly Hills is seeking a Key Holder to open and close the store, lead the sales floor, motivate the team, and build real relationships with customers, delivering brand storytelling on the floor.

You’ll manage clienteling, drive sales, style displays to brand standards, handle stock and loss prevention, and stay polished and on-brand. Competitive base pay of $23–$26 per hour plus commission, with flexible full-time or part-time scheduling.

Qualifications

• 4+ years selling and building clientele at an elevated contemporary brand, with leadership experience.
• Proven clienteling experience, preferably with an established client book; Endear is a plus.
• Cash handling and store keys experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Passion for fashion and product knowledge.
• Flexible schedule for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Comfort with POS and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store, handling keys, alarms, and cash procedures.
• Act as manager-on-duty — lead the sales floor, motivate the team, and drive sales.
• Set the pace for the team, modeling great selling and service each shift.
• Build a clientele that’s yours — the regulars who text you when something new drops.
• Keep the store polished and inviting — visual merchandising and floor set to brand standards.
• Handle floor changeovers, stock transfers, and daily stock maintenance.
• Rally with your team to hit store goals and keep energy high.
• Own Loss Prevention on your shifts — by the book.
