Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach the sales team to meet or exceed KPIs and store goals.
• Educate team on sales plan and personal goals; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Develop knowledge of company history, brand aesthetic, and products to aid sales.
• Coordinate daily activities of the sales team and ensure policy compliance.
• Handle escalated customer service issues and support special projects.
• Maintain merchandising, visual presentation, and housekeeping standards.
