Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Atlanta is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective execution of store and operational tasks. Store leaders serve as the frontline of the field team, providing leadership, brand ambassadorship, and customer-focused experiences.

The role requires leadership in daily operations, coaching, and ensuring exceptional customer service with product knowledge. Availability for peak shifts, weekends, and holidays is expected in this dynamic retail

Responsibilities

Lead duties as assigned by Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
Deliver outstanding in-store experiences through strong selling and product knowledge.
Demonstrate product knowledge and adhere to store policies and strategies.
Set daily shift goals and directions for the team.
Manage opening/closing routines, banking, receiving shipments, and disseminating directives.
Build genuine customer connections through needs discovery and personalized recommendations.
Support floorset, window changes, and visual merchandising as needed.
Maintain safety, cleanliness and adherence to policies.
