Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including acting as Manager on Duty.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences through product knowledge and selling behaviors.
• Demonstrate knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set daily direction for the shift and coordinate with associates.
• Perform opening/closing routines including banking, shipments, and directives.
