Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. in Oxnard, CA is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.

You will mentor the sales team, demonstrate the brand’s service standards, and handle cash reconciliations. You will assist with opening and closing duties on a rotating schedule, providing a path toward a long-term career in prestige beauty.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
