Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering outstanding customer service within a prestige beauty environment.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, perform essential start and end of day cash reconciliation, and participate in opening and closing the store on a rota basis. This is ideal for an ambitious self-starter pursuing a supervisory career.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store desirable.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets desirable.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
