The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a prestige beauty environment.

You will coach and mentor the sales team, model the service standards, and handle essential opening/closing and cash reconciliation duties on a rota basis. This role suits an ambitious retailer aiming for a long-term career with a global leader in prestige cosmetics.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
