Bath & Body Works in Miami is seeking a Key Holder to support delivering sales plans through effective store and operational execution. You will act as a frontline leader, delivering exceptional customer experiences and representing the brand.

You will manage daily tasks, open/close routines, coach associates, maintain product knowledge, and ensure safety and compliant operations while driving sales and guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with selling behaviors rooted in Our Values and product knowledge.
• Display knowledge of product, company policies, and store strategies.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and personalized recommendations.
• Assist with floorset execution, visual presentation, and marketing placement as needed.
