Job summary

DXL Group, the largest specialty retailer of men's Big + Tall apparel, is seeking a Retail Sales Associate, Key Holder dedicated to delivering unmatched guest experiences and driving sales in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, understanding needs, promoting a wide range of apparel including private labels, and coaching team members to achieve goals. Base hourly pay with commission and quarterly bonuses, in a store that closes at 7pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (college/university degree helpful not required).
• Demonstrates superior customer service techniques and experience with problem/complaint resolution.
• Ability to lift up to 10 lbs. and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests by spending time to learn their needs, preferences and lifestyle.
• Serve as a product knowledge expert to sell a broad range of apparel and tailored clothing.
• Coach and train sales team on selling skills, behaviors, and procedures.
