Qualifications

• Experience leading or supporting a retail team and driving customer experience.
• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Interest in Anthropologie/URBN brand and growth within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drive sales and store metrics by using KPI-driven goals.
• Deliver omni-channel shopping experiences through omni services.
• Assist in managing the store environment and daily zones.
• Support training of associates, including onboarding of new hires.
• Assist opening and closing procedures, restocking, and facilities issues.
• Coordinate with partners on shipment, omni fulfillment, and markdowns.
