URBN is seeking a diligent Key Holder for our Nashville store to support leadership in delivering outstanding customer experiences, driving sales, and maintaining daily operations. You will mentor teammates, assist with opening and closing, ensure visual standards, and help fulfill omni-channel orders while staying adaptable to nights, weekends and holidays.

This role requires a passion for the brand, leadership by example, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Brand affinity for Anthropologie (Anthro) brand is preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail setting.
• Team player with strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard, and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics by using KPIs to set team goals and zoning targets.
• Utilizes omni-channel technology to deliver a seamless shopping experience.
