Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to cultivate an environment where customers feel welcome, heard and valued.
• Drives sales and store metrics using key performance indicators.
• Delivers seamless omni-channel experience through omni services.
• Participates in managing store environment and customer experience with energized pace.
• Supports problem solving and enhances each customer's experience.
• Assists with training of the associate team, including onboarding.
• Supports opening/closing procedures and maintains store standards.
• Facilitates shipment and omni fulfillment; maintains stock levels and markdowns.
• Keeps store clean and updated with monthly visuals.
• Fosters inclusive environment by listening and seeking diverse perspectives.
• Maintains communication with leadership to meet store objectives.
• Provides insights to Store Manager.
• Contributes to team morale through brand initiatives.
