Urban Outfitters is seeking a Key Holder at our Dallas store to support the store management team in daily operations, drive sales through customer connections, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will help deliver a seamless omni-channel experience, assist in opening and closing, train new hires, and contribute to a fun, energetic team that puts service first.

Qualifications

• Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Experience collaborating with store teams to achieve sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver extraordinary customer service and drive sales.
• Assist in daily store operations and maintain brand standards.
• Support omni-channel customer experience including MPOS, in-store and curbside pickup.
• Mentor and onboard new hires; participate in daily meetings and store initiatives.
