Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure exceptional in-store experiences and smooth store operations. You’ll be part of the store leadership team driving daily sales and customer satisfaction on the floor.

The role emphasizes coaching, product knowledge, visual displays, and adherence to brand values while supporting omni-channel and inventory functions. Flexible 12–16 hours weekly with weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Supervisory/management experience not required but leadership in groups is preferred.
• Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and fashion trend awareness.
• Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.
• Able to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Proactive learner with flexible mindset.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
