Job summary

Marshalls at The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a Key Carrier who supports store leadership, coaches associates, and ensures high-quality customer service. The role alternates with Coordinator duties and requires open availability, including nights and weekends, to maintain all store operations and uphold company standards.

You will model exceptional customer service, manage daily tasks, and lead in partnership with management to meet store goals while adhering to policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months leadership experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Familiarity with store software and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and provide coaching to associates.
• Act as Manager on Duty following company policies.
• Ensure store tasks align with the store plan and priorities.
• Maintain accurate coverage and schedules for service areas.
• Communicate priorities clearly with management and associates.
