The Save Mart Companies is seeking a Key Carrier Specialist for our Ukiah, CA location. You will direct front-end staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain store balance and cashier accuracy during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Good training skills.
• Strong supervision and coordination.
• Good counting and math skills.
• Ability to read and write to accurately complete all documentation.
• Knowledge of Front-end operations and check stand procedures.
• Knowledge of compliance and basic applicable contract/work rules.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training and holding staff accountable for excellent service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity and cash handling procedures.
• Direct Clerks and Helpers with focus on accountability and business performance.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions meet standards.
• Perform store balancing to enhance a remarkable shopping experience.
• Oversee front-end management tasks including refunds/returns and check authorizations.
• Monitor customer experience on the front-end and respond to issues.
• Occasionally maintain total store operations in absence of store management.
