The Save Mart Companies is seeking a Key Carrier Specialist to lead front-end staff and manage operations in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager. The role focuses on delivering superior customer service, supervising check stands, and maintaining front-end and parking lot conditions.

Responsibilities include oversight of tills, compliance, and balance of front-end activities while coordinating with clerks and service specialists to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Experience supervising front-end staff and coordinating team efforts.
• Solid math and counting skills for till balancing and cash handling.
• Ability to read and write accurately for documentation and records.
• Knowledge of front-end operations, check stand procedures, and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Direct front-end staff and operations in the absence of the Assistant Center Store Manager.
• Ensure exceptional front-end customer service and department performance.
• Lead clerks and helpers to achieve high levels of business performance.
• Maintain front-end and parking lot conditions (merchandising, floors, carts).
• Perform store balancing and front-end management tasks (refunds, loans, returns).
• Monitor customer experience on the front-end and ensure compliance.
• Occasionally cover broader store operations.
• Fulfill other duties as assigned.
