Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience through training and accountability.
• Manage front-end performance and cashier operations and compliance.
• Direct Clerks and Clerks’ Helpers with focus on accountability and results.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions are met.
• Perform store balancing and front-end management duties.
• Monitor and improve customer experience on the front-end.
• Occasionally support total store operations in absence of management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
