The position supports training and balancing tasks while promoting the company mission. Responsibilities include maintaining front-end performance, supervising Clerks, and ensuring clean, well-organized areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience through training and accountability.
• Manage front-end performance including tills and check collection.
• Direct Clerks and Helpers to meet business goals.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions; maintain cleanliness.
• Perform store balancing to support accurate records.
• Handle refunds, loans, check authorizations, etc.
• Monitor customer experience on front-end.
• Occasionally assist with total store operations in absence of management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
