Qualifications

• Knowledge of front-end operations and check stand procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customers with a remarkable shopping experience by training staff and ensuring excellent service.
• Manage front-end performance and productivity, including tills, cash handling, and compliance.
• Direct Clerks and Helpers with accountability and high performance in assigned area.
• Ensure front-end and parking lot conditions are clean and well organized.
• Perform store balancing and front-end management tasks, including refunds/returns and check authorizations.
• Monitor customer experience on the front-end and adjust operations as needed.
• Occasionally supervise total store operations in absence of store management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
