Formación

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• SAP expertise with order management and customer service processes.
• Salesforce CRM experience, including case management, reporting, and workflow optimization.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under tight deadlines.
• Customer-focused with commitment to operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong business and pricing acumen; knowledge of the chemical distribution industry is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Execute pricing and sales support activities accurately within turnaround times.
• Manage customer pricing files, price sheets, and contract pricing data.
• Provide responsive support for customer documentation, surveys, and reporting.
• Investigate invoice discrepancies and price disputes; drive corrective actions.
• Prepare customer-specific and business reporting for decision making.
• Identify and implement pricing process and tool improvements.
