Job summary

Phusion Projects, LLC. is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key accounts to influence distribution of Phusion brands in the United States.

The role includes driving new distribution, creating displays, and increasing brand visibility with focused SKUs, pricing, and POS in independent and chain outlets. You will manage key accounts through planning, execution and reviews of results against goals.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with wholesalers to execute sales and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with distributor sales reps to focus on Phusion portfolio at accounts.
• Leverage selling resources to support accounts with programming, sampling, POS, etc.
• Partner with internal Phusion teams to ensure alignment and execution at accounts.
• Manage assigned budgets and maintain fiscal responsibility.
• Ensure proper merchandising standards in-market with in-store/out-of-store POS.
• Build relationships with distributors and retailers to meet sales goals.
• Attend promotional events to generate new sales leads.
