Job summary

Phusion Projects in the United States seeks a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive new distribution, and optimize displays, pricing, and program POS in independent and chain outlets.

You will travel regularly within your region, coordinate with internal Sales Managers and distributors, lead merchandising execution, and protect brand standards while delivering results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned service area.

Responsibilities

• Support accounts with programming execution, sampling, and POS.
• Maintain proper merchandising standards in-store and out-of-store.
• Attend promotional events to generate sales or leads.
• Educate partners on product updates and launches.
• Manage 450+ retail accounts focusing on distribution, visibility, pricing, and promotions.
• Build long-term partnerships with store owners and managers.
• Collaborate with internal Sales Managers and distributors to align sell-in with in-store execution.
• Lead merchandising execution, including shelf resets and planogram adherence.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to align on account objectives.
