Job summary

Phusion Projects LLC in Ohio seeks a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, drive distribution, displays, pricing, and program POS for Phusion brands. You will manage accounts through planning, execution, and review, traveling weekly to cover your region.

You must be organized with strong interpersonal skills, problem solving, and comfort with technology. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $65,000 per year, plus bonus, commissions, and allowances.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Leverage selling resources to support accounts, including programming execution, sampling, POS.
• Ensure proper merchandising standards and in-store programming adherence.
• Attend promotional events to generate new sales or leads.
• Educate partners on product updates and launches.
• Manage a portfolio of 450 retail accounts with distribution, visibility, pricing, and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for store owners and managers; build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and distributors to align sell-in with in-store execution.
• Lead merchandising execution, including shelf resets and planogram adherence.
• Partner with KAMs to align on objectives and drive execution.
• Execute front-of-store displays and POS placements to increase consumer awareness.
• Use schematics and insights to maintain shelf integrity and data-driven decisions.
• Be the face of the company while working with external partners.
• Manage budgets and perform related duties as assigned.
