Phusion Projects aims to drive distribution of its brands by building and maintaining relationships with key accounts. The Sales Specialist will advance new distribution, create displays, and increase brand visibility with focused SKUs and program POS in independent and chain outlets.

Weekly travel within the territory and additional travel 3-4 days monthly for market drives are required. The role requires strong organization, interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, tech comfort, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or 1-3 years related experience and/or training.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilités

• Work with wholesalers to execute sales and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with distributor sales reps to focus Phusion portfolio at accounts.
• Leverage resources to support accounts with programming, sampling, and POS.
• Coordinate with ASM, RM and KAMs to ensure alignment at accounts.
• Manage assigned budgets and maintain merchandising standards in the market.
• Build relationships with distributors and retailers to meet sales goals.
• Attend promotional events to generate new sales leads.
• Educate partners on product updates and launches.
• Represent the company professionally with external partners.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
