Phusion Projects in the United States is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships at key accounts, driving distribution, displays, and price programs for our Four Loko and related brands.

You will manage a portfolio of hundreds of retail accounts, travel within your region, stay organized, collaborate with internal teams, and execute in-store merchandising and promotional activities.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; 0–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• Computer skills required: Microsoft Office Suite.

Aufgaben

• Leverage selling resources to support accounts with programming, sampling, and POS.
• Ensure proper merchandising standards in-store and out-of-store POS.
• Attend promotional events to generate new sales or leads.
• Educate partners on product updates and launches.
• Manage and grow 450+ retail accounts with distribution, visibility, pricing and promos.
• Serve as primary contact for store owners and managers; build long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and distributors to align sell-in with in-store execution.
• Lead merchandising: shelf resets, product consolidations, planogram adherence.
• Partner with Key Account Managers to align on objectives and drive execution.
• Coordinate with internal Phusion team to ensure account alignment and execution.
• Execute front-of-store displays and promotional setups; drive consumer awareness.
• Use retailer schematics and insights to support data-driven decisions across accounts.
• Be the face of the company with external partners; manage assigned budgets.
