Job summary

Phusion Projects is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships with key accounts, driving distribution of Phusion brands across independent and chain outlets. You will manage budgets, execute promotions, and increase brand visibility with targeted SKUs and POS programs.

The role requires weekly travel within the assigned territory and 3–4 additional market drives monthly. The candidate should be organized, possess strong interpersonal skills, be a problem solver, and

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to influence distribution of Phusion brands.
• Drive new distribution, create displays, and increase brand visibility with focused SKUs, pricing, and POS program.
• Manage key accounts through planning, execution and reviews of results against goals.
• Collaborate with wholesalers and distributor reps to ensure Phusion portfolio focus at accounts.
• Stay fiscally responsible for assigned budgets and ensure merchandising standards in market.
