Job summary

Phusion Projects LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to build and maintain relationships at key accounts, driving new distribution, displays, and visibility for our Four Loko and other brands. You will manage accounts through planning, execution, and review of results aligned with your region, and travel weekly to meet stores and partners.

The role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills, problem solving, and comfort with technology; travel is expected and a hybrid work arrangement

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive distribution and visibility.
• Manage 450+ accounts with focus on distribution, pricing, and promotional compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and distributors to align sell-in and in-store execution.
• Lead merchandising, planogram adherence, and shelf optimization.
• Serve as primary contact for store owners and managers; travel weekly within territory.
• Attend promotional events to generate new sales or leads.
