Kitchen Cabinet Distributors (KCD) is seeking an Account Support Representative to build trusted relationships with pre-assigned key accounts and support the full order-to-cash cycle.

You will work with the sales team to onboard new clients, secure orders, manage delivery and billing records, and handle order delays with proactive communication, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in a customer-facing role.
• Must pass drug test and background check.

Responsabilités

• Provide account management support to pre-assigned key accounts.
• Secures orders and generates sales of products and services.
• Onboard new clients and grow existing client relationships with the sales team.
• Champion the customer experience across the full order-to-cash cycle.
• Maintain and update customer records for shipping and billing.
• Proactively keep customers engaged.
• Partner with outbound sales on complex opportunities.
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with Operations for special requests.
• Handle order delays, back orders, and other order-related issues.
