Job summary

Dorman Products is seeking a Customer Sales & Support Representative II to provide sales and service support for Key Account customers. You will handle inquiries about availability, descriptions, status, pricing, and orders, while entering data accurately and assisting in training team members.

The role involves data-heavy tasks (~80% emails) and phone/chat support (~20%), with opportunities to develop reporting skills and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2-4 years of work experience in customer service or related field.

Responsibilities

• Answer queries on item availability, descriptions, status, pricing, orders and billing.
• Enter sales orders accurately and apply credits to orders.
• Develop and analyze reports using Business Objects, MS Access and MS Excel.
• Support call center with training and decision making.
