Job summary

Graybar Electric Company, Inc. is seeking an Account Representative to be the point person on key accounts, service them, and solicit new business to maximize sales and profitability.

In this role you will implement strategies to increase sales and profits from key accounts, identify opportunities to improve productivity, handle customer needs, give product presentations, and strive to attain the sales budget while supporting the Financial Department on claims and other issues.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience required.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with RFIs and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity
• Handle customer needs and requests, give presentations on new products, answer questions on products and Company services
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget
• Assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues
