Job summary

Graybar is seeking an Account Representative to serve as the point person for key accounts and drive sales profitability. You will implement strategies to grow revenue, identify productivity improvements, respond to customer needs, and present our products and services to clients.

Requirements include 1+ years of related experience and a 4-year degree preference. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential, along with familiarity with RFIs and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Handle customer needs and requests, give presentations on new products, answer questions on products and Company services.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget.
• Assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues.
