Job summary

Graybar seeks an Account Representative to be the main contact for key accounts and grow business. You will service key accounts, solicit new business, and present new products and services to customers.

You will implement strategies to boost sales and profits, identify efficiency opportunities, and address customer needs while aiming to exceed budgets. A 4-year degree is preferred, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years related experience required.
• 4 year degree preferred.
• Familiarity with Requests for Information (RFI) and Requests for Proposals (RFP).

Responsibilities

• Implement strategy to increase sales and profits from key accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve productivity.
• Handle customer needs and requests, and present new products.
• Attain or exceed sales and profit budget.
• Assist Financial Department in resolving claims and other issues.
