Job summary

Banner House in High Point, NC is seeking a Sales Operations specialist to support key accounts across all operational areas. You will balance supply with demand for warehouse and direct orders and resolve obstacles to ensure on-time shipments.

This role requires acting as the main point of contact for customers, managing orders, shipments, new product presentations and customer set up sheets, plus handling claims and emails.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day customer processes: orders, shipments, claims, emails.
• Oversee container booking and ensure ship deadlines are met with sales/external partner.
• Monitor new starts for trend analysis and communicate planning.
• Participate in Weekly Operations internal and external meetings.
• Provide coverage for other team members as needed.
• Attend furniture markets twice a year.
• All other tasks and reporting as required by management.
