Hiab in Perrysburg, OH is seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to support Key Accounts with day-to-day order fulfilment, deliveries, and service coordination. You will partner with production, logistics, and sales to ensure accurate data, timely shipments, and high-quality customer experiences.

The role requires cross-functional collaboration in an industrial environment, proficiency with SAP and Salesforce, and strong communication skills to drive operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or comparable experience in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B customer service, sales support, or operations coordination experience.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce (or similar CRM) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the operational support partner to Key Account Executives for assigned strategic accounts.
• Coordinate equipment orders, delivery schedules, and logistics with internal teams and external partners.
• Collaborate with production, logistics, and order entry teams to resolve delivery or scheduling challenges.
• Ensure service requests, maintenance needs, and operational issues are communicated and addressed effectively.
• Maintain accurate customer information within CRM and internal systems.
• Track and report key customer and internal metrics used to measure account performance and operational success.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and workflows affecting the customer experience.
