Job summary

For Bare Feet is seeking a Key Account Specialist to support the Sales Team and Key Account Managers. You will enter customer orders in the ERP, verify pricing and ship dates, and coordinate with planning and vendor teams to meet customer requirements.

Ideal candidates are highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong Excel and MS Office skills, plus excellent communication, are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in sales support, sales administration, or order management.
• Experience with ERP or order management systems is required.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong administrative, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; customer-focused and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and sales support to Key Account Managers and Sales Team.
• Enter customer sales orders and changes into the ERP system.
• Review orders for accuracy including pricing, quantities, and ship dates.
• Coordinate stock, reorder, or custom product workflows.
• Maintain accurate customer, item, pricing, and order data.
• Track open orders and communicate updates to customers and KAMs.
