Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Mid-Senior Level Key Account Manager for the Southeast district energy market. Remote work is supported, with a focus on growing major city accounts in the heating and urban cooling sector.

You will prospect major clients, manage projects end-to-end, and build lasting partnerships while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and market insight. English proficiency and CRM/MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or Energy with at least 3 years in Sales or related sector.
• Excellent knowledge of energy sector and/or urban heating.
• Strong communication, negotiation and client loyalty skills.
• Professional English required; proficiency with CRM and MS Office.
• Autonomy, organization and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a portfolio of major energy-sector clients in the southeast region.
• Manage, negotiate and follow projects, building durable strategic partnerships.
• Identify client needs and propose Danfoss solutions.
• Lead client meetings and presentations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, competitive watch, and regular reporting.
