Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Mid-Senior Key Account Manager (m/f/d) for Commercial Project Business Hydronics. You will cover NRW and Lower Saxony, operating in a hybrid work setup from a home office.

Build strong customer relationships and drive profitable project growth for HVAC solutions. You will collaborate with consultants, planners, contractors, distributors, and other stakeholders to win opportunities and guide projects from concept to order.

Competenze

Experience in key account management or project sales in HVAC or building technologies.
Strong understanding of hydronic heating and cooling systems and controls.
Experience with consultants, planners, contractors, OEMs, distributors, or related stakeholders.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; customer-focused mindset.

Mansioni

Develop and execute a regional growth strategy for commercial project business in NRW and Lower Saxony.
Identify, qualify, and win new project opportunities for hydronic systems and control solutions.
Build relationships with consultants, planners, contractors, OEMs, installers, distributors throughout project lifecycles.
Influence project specifications early by positioning Danfoss solutions as preferred HVAC options.
Provide technical and commercial guidance from concept through quotation, negotiation and order placement.
