Job summary

Danfoss Climate Solutions is seeking a Director-level Sales leader to steer the European sales organization for heat exchangers, driving growth across existing accounts and new markets. You will lead a team of engineers and business developers, shaping our market approach and strengthening customer engagement across Europe.

The role requires strategic oversight, cross-functional collaboration, and strong analytical capabilities to enable a modern, data-driven sales culture with a focus on HVAC

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent with significant sales/BD experience.
• Strong commercial and strategic capabilities to analyze markets, competitors, opportunities and translate insights into strategies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship-building with customers, partners and internal stakeholders.
• HVAC and/or industrial applications knowledge with strong analytical skills.
• Flexible, resourceful, and able to navigate changing market conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and empower a European team of technical sales engineers and business developers to deliver sustainable sales growth.
• Shape and execute sales plans based on market insights, customer buying behavior and business priorities, working with regional and global stakeholders.
• Develop existing accounts and turn new leads, markets and opportunities into business growth.
• Build strong customer relationships through regular market engagement and by demonstrating value of our products and solutions.
• Drive a disciplined, data-driven sales approach using CRM, forecasting and sales processes to support agile decision-making.
