Danfoss is seeking a Project Sales Engineer (m/f/d) to grow our HVAC and Building Management Systems market presence. You will lead projects from specification to award, building trusted relationships with consultants, designers, and installers, and help ensure Danfoss solutions are selected and implemented successfully.

You will identify opportunities, develop a strong network, and convert opportunities into measurable growth while collaborating across functions to deliver smarter,

Qualifications

Proven experience in project sales within HVAC, BMS, or related industries.
Established network in HVAC, BMS, consulting, or installer communities.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with consultants, designers, installers, and other stakeholders in HVAC and BMS.
Influence project specifications to include Danfoss solutions in new and existing projects.
Identify, develop, and manage a healthy project pipeline for growth.
Provide technical guidance, product recommendations, quotations, and training to customers and partners.
Collaborate with Technical Support, Sales, Marketing, and other units to deliver a seamless customer experience.
