Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 4 years medical sales experience in diagnostics.
• Willingness to travel up to 35% (4 days/week).

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to existing customers, build relationships and deliver proactive solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to protect and grow customer base.
• Partner with customers to identify operational improvements and optimize usage.
• Manage sales process and strategy using SFDC, Power BI, and analytics.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing, proposals, and renewal planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
• Develop distributor relationships and ensure FDA/regulatory compliance.
