Job summary

QXO, a leading distributor and installer of building products, is hiring for a Customer Service & Sales Support role in California. You will act as the primary contact for key customers, handle inquiries, and collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to drive sales and satisfaction.

You will manage orders end-to-end, recommend complementary products, and help grow private label adoption while supporting account growth and quarterly reviews. Remote/work flexibility as required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for key customers via phone and email.
• Support sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales Representatives to grow accounts.
• Manage the order process from initiation to delivery and tracking.
• Suggest private label products and digital solutions.
• Support quarterly business reviews and account growth.
• Ensure timely deliveries and assist with customer operations.
• Resolve day-to-day issues, remotely or on-site as required.
